We typically ship via UPS Ground for larger items, and USPS Priority Mail for smaller items.
We currently only ship to USA-based addresses.
We offer 7-days money back and 30-days exchange on all purchases, beginning when you receive the item.
All used equipment carries a 30-day warranty.
New equipment generally carries manufacturer warranties from 90-days to 5-years, and we can help facilitate warranty repairs.
